Sizes by appliance
36mm for wash basins. 43mm for sinks, baths, showers, washing machines and dishwashers. 55mm for longer runs, for several appliances collected together, and where the fall available is shallow. Undersizing a run is the most common cause of slow discharge and of trap seals being pulled.
ABS waste
The Marley GCC waste range is ABS, solvent welded and Kitemark certified to BS EN 1455-1 (KM 794713). ABS gives the better impact performance at low temperature and is equally suited to internal, chilled and external applications.
Fittings
The range covers bends at 90° and 45°, equal and reducing tees, swept tees, sockets, reducers, expansion couplers, access plugs and blanking caps — plus the reducer bushes used to take air-conditioning condensate drains into the waste line, which is a high-volume item in the UAE.
